Refund and Returns

At Luminous Lighting, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your item, we offer a simple return and exchange process.

You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. The item must also be in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. How to Return an Item
